Much like a New Years resolution, people want to start fresh. And what’s a better way to do so then commiting to a Raw Food Detox?
WHAT TO EXPECT:
On this diet, you can only consume fresh fruits and vegetables that are made up of primarily water. During this diet, your body doesn’t have to work very hard to digest these foods, so instead, it has the ability to remove toxins at a celular level where it is much more effective.
The best thing about this detox is that it lasts for as long as you want. It can be a few weeks or months, either way your cleansing your body and you will be healthier then you were before you started. Granted, longer is better but its totally up to you.
Before you commit, just know that in order for this dieting to be effective you must be dedicated, it will not always be easy. Your body will crave the toxins that it is used to. Much like trying to quit an addiction like smoking.
